PwrHr.com – Check it out!
I am very proud to announce the release of PwrHr.com – a website designed to make your Power Hour experience the best one possible. With music moving towards a streaming model, I wanted to test out the waters and see what this business model could look like. Music is a big part of life, and plays a large part of college parties as well. One popular college drinking game is the Power Hour – where you drink a shot of beer every time a song changes – with 60 different songs. Typically, the music mixes carry some type of theme – whether popular songs at the time, a specific artist or genre, or even a video power hour. I know that many people do not have the music collection / time to create a mix, even though they might want to host a power hour. That’s where PwrHr.com comes in – it’s a one stop shop for all sorts of pre-made power hour mixes. As a user, all you have to do is press play.
We’ll see where this venture takes me – but I am excited to find out if it’s a viable business model, or whether all the horror stories the music industry throws out there turn out to be true. So check out http://www.pwrhr.com!
